The Issues:

• They claim to be able to provide barcodes with prefixes from Mexico or Argentina as well as other countries depending on your requirements. To get these barcodes, you have to become a member of GS1. They cannot provide these legally.
• It warns people against ’07’ & ’06’ North American barcodes. This is incredibly dishonest as these are the only type of barcodes that can legally be purchased and sold for a one-off cost.
• There is a variety of other misleading information in their FAQ – including that they have been in business for 40 years and misleading information on which barcodes can be used and why.
